The Exhibition Operations Director is responsible for collaborating with the Account Manager to respond to client briefs, contributing to the stand design process, identifying potential suppliers, managing project delivery, and utilizing Project Management software to ensure timely completion.
- Work in conjunction with the Account Manager to create comprehensive responses to client briefs.
- Contribute to the stand design process by sharing production expertise.
- Identify suitable suppliers and manage existing relationships, negotiating costs and payment terms.
- Oversee every stage of the project delivery process.
- Maintain accurate project schedules using Project Management software.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional service.
- Manage budgets and ensure up-to-date financial information is readily available.
- Closely collaborate with the Account Lead to develop key accounts.
Essential experience includes working within an agency or exhibition design and build company, project management expertise, and ability to travel.
This position offers remote work options with occasional travel to Surrey for team meetings.
The estimated annual salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
