Job Description: Exhibition Sales Director

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our exhibition sales team at one of London's premier event venues. As an Events Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and delivering exceptional events in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
  2. BUILD and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to deliver bespoke event solutions.
  3. Lead and motivate a team of sales coordinators to achieve ambitious sales targets.
  4. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events from concept to delivery.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in events sales management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong financial management skills including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Calm and composed under pressure with excellent time management skills.

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £90,000 per annum.
