Exhibition and Conference Director

Caselton Clark is seeking an experienced Exhibition and Conference Director to lead our events team. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of new events, ensuring that all events meet our high standards and deliver exceptional results.
You will have a strong commercial mindset and a proven track record of successfully launching events. With a minimum of 7 years of senior management experience in a B2B events environment, you will have a deep understanding of the events industry and be able to develop and implement effective strategies to drive growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and launch of new events, ensuring that all events meet our high standards and deliver exceptional results.
- Work closely with our event leadership team to contribute thoughtfully to the overall strategy and be a role model of our company culture and values.
- Ensure thoroughness and detail orientation about customer experience from prospect through to event execution.
Requirements:
- 7+ years within senior management of a B2B events environment.
- Essential to have experience of launching an event, ideally on an international basis.
- Experience in budget management, with an analytical, data-driven, and structured approach to decision-making.
- Proven track record in setting and hitting targets and KPIs with weekly reporting on performance updates.
