Job Description: Exhibition Management Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Exhibition Management Coordinator to join our team at The Wellness Agency. In this role, you will be responsible for the organization and efficient operation of our exhibitions and award-related processes. You will work closely with colleagues and internal teams to ensure that all applications, documentation, and activities are completed on time and in accordance with guidelines. This role is essential for streamlining operations and ensuring the successful delivery of our events.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end operational process of exhibitions, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather relevant information, data, and content required for exhibition planning and delivery.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and external partner bodies, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
• Track and manage timelines, preparing required documents and ensuring they are delivered on time.
• Maintain accurate records of submitted awards, including entry forms, supporting materials, and correspondence with award bodies.

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
