Job Summary
White Cube seeks an experienced Art and Exhibition Project Manager to oversee the coordination of exhibitions, collections, and projects within our gallery. The ideal candidate will have first-hand experience in exhibition coordination, project management, and team leadership.

About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing exhibition logistics, including liaison with artists, contractors, and suppliers. You will also oversee the preparation and installation of exhibitions, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Liaise with artists on exhibition requirements and expectations.
  2. Create computer renderings of galleries for internal and artist reference.
  3. Prepare models for artists to aid in placement of works.
  4. Draft installation schedules and manage technicians during build-up and installation.
  5. Liaise with contractors and suppliers on show-change requirements.
  6. Coordinate transportation and local shipments with shippers, registrars, and warehouse staff.
  7. Manage artist time during installation and liaise with artist liaisons.
  8. Support fabrication coordinators on fabrication projects as required.

Requirements and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with experience in exhibition coordination and team leadership. A strong understanding of art and exhibition practices is essential.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
