As a Disability Support Advocate, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve this vision. You will work closely with our team to provide personalized support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to live independently and make their own choices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing advocacy support to individuals with learning disabilities
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
  • Supporting individuals to manage their finances and access community resources
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual

We offer a competitive salary of £11.75 per hour, plus an excellent benefits package, including paid annual leave, pension contribution, and access to free occupational health services.
