Job Description

In this Disability Services Coordinator role, you will be responsible for coordinating support services for adults with a learning disability. Your tasks may include developing care plans, assessing individual needs, and collaborating with other professionals. We strive to empower people with a learning disability to live the lives they choose.

We seek a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. While previous experience or qualifications are not required, we do offer free training. If you have a genuine interest in improving the lives of others, consider applying for this role.

The estimated salary for this position is £24,000 - £30,000 per year, based on location and experience. Our benefits package includes flexible working hours, a guaranteed monthly salary, and opportunities for overtime. Additionally, you will receive annualised hours, 28 days of paid annual leave, and access to various employee benefits.
