Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service in a high-stakes environment? Rullion seeks an Estate Services Operations Coordinator to join UK Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA) as part of their Building & Estates Management department. This role will play a critical role in supporting the Site Manager, Service Support Manager, and Assistant Support Manager in managing vital services across the site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Assist with the management of catering, hospitality, and vending contracts to ensure effective and cost-efficient services.
  • Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular food hygiene audits and document any required actions. Perform bi-annual audits of catering training records to ensure compliance.
  • Facilities and Administrative Support: Manage the maintenance of conference centre equipment and handle emergency repair visits. Ensure catering menu information and events are regularly updated on internal platforms and communicated to stakeholders.
  • Additional Site Management Tasks: Assist with managing confidential waste services and lost property records. Support the Vehicle Management System during peak times and staff absences.

To be successful in this role, you should have a good basic level of education, strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel, and proficiency in managing telephone communications and taking accurate records.

This is a full-time contract position offering a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
