Farmgarden Programme Coordinator

Company Overview:

Farmgarden is a local independent charity that aims to improve the quality of life for adults with learning disabilities through accessible farming and horticultural activities.

The Farmgarden Programme Coordinator will ensure the smooth operation of our office, allowing participants to access our programmes with ease and comprehensive information.

Salary: £23,400 (pro rata)

Job Description:

  • Cordinate administrative tasks to support the Programme Leaders and other staff members.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for parents, carers, and support teams of co-farmers.
  • Liaise with partner organisations, transport firms, and local authority social care teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A relevant qualification or experience in administration, programme coordination, or a related field.

Benefits:

We offer 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (pro rata) and a fixed-term contract with potential extension.
