Job Description

Salary: £35,000 per year (estimated)

Henry Blue is a leading provider of further education courses in Business and Accountancy. We are committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences that equip our students for success in their chosen careers.

The Study Programme Lead will be responsible for designing and delivering programmes that ensure the best possible student experience and outcomes.

  1. Design and deliver engaging and effective programmes
  2. Coordinate the delivery of programmes across different levels and cohorts
  3. Provide regular tutorials and support students with finding work experience placements
  4. Ensure every student is clear about their next steps into work or further study

The successful candidate will have excellent industry knowledge, a proven track record in teaching, and a passion for driving student success.

This role offers the opportunity to develop curriculum management skills and prepare for a step into management in the future.

Key Responsibilities

The Study Programme Lead will be responsible for:

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a vocational teacher in further education
  • Excellent industry knowledge and a strong understanding of business and accountancy principles
  • Able to design and deliver engaging and effective programmes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to lead and motivate a team
