About Us: FarmAbility is a local independent charity improving lives through access to meaningful activities for adults with a learning disability. We deliver farming and horticultural-based programmes with community-based and local farms and gardens.
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Office and Operations Manager to coordinate the administration and smooth running of our office, ensuring participants can access sessions with ease and comprehensive information.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistical demands of running an outdoor programme at multiple locations.
- Support the CEO and Management Team.
- Provide administrative support to Programme Leaders and other staff members.
- Act as the first point of contact for parents, carers, and support teams of participants.
- Liaise with partner organisations, transport firms, and local authority social care teams.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Salary: £28,000 per annum
