DroneSense is a leading provider of drone software solutions for the public safety market. We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team and help our customers achieve their mission-critical goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer support, with a focus on UAS experience. They will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to our customers.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of our support team, working closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. You will be accountable for driving key metrics that ensure the quality and safe usage of our service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer support requests via ticket and phone queue
  • Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing exceptional support to customers, including training and onboarding
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Contributing to the development of knowledge base and support resources

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a SaaS or professional services organization
  • Prior experience with UAS is a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
