Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Sharp Business Systems. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers by installing, maintaining, and repairing a range of multi-function photocopier devices and software.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience with the maintenance of MFDs/photocopiers and possess strong networking skills. A company vehicle is provided, and a full driving licence is required.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver, install, and demonstrate machines to customers
- Maintain and repair multifunctional machines
- Occasionally work in one of our workshops
- Attend training courses and service meetings as requested
- Complete all service calls allocated
- Manage and protect stock and consumables in the company vehicle
- Promote company products and provide feedback to the sales department
- Experience as a Field Service Photocopier Engineer, installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment
- Experience of networking is required
- Experience with Sharp equipment is highly desirable
- Experience with Papercut is advantageous
- Familiar with working to KPIs or SLAs
