The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
About the Role:
This role will involve leading a team of skilled professionals in mechanical operations. You'll be responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, managing projects, and developing team members' skills. Your expertise will help drive innovation and improve performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of mechanical engineers and technicians to achieve operational goals.
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in the nuclear sector.
