Job SummaryThe role requires operating with a clear customer focus and driving optimal service delivery. Key duties include conducting LOLER inspections, liaising with clients, and maintaining health and safety standards for the site team.
Main Responsibilities:- Engage and support the day-to-day running of a productive team in conjunction with client planning requirements.
- Assist in the completion of Health and Safety Audits and liaise with the Health and Safety team to ensure all actions are followed up.
- Attend client meetings to build relationships and ensure good working relationships between Bureau Veritas and the client.
- Mentor new starters to ensure a successful induction and technical training.
- Drive the upskilling/dual training of engineers within the area.
- Support the completion of PMRs and performance reviews for the site team.
- Provide KPIs to the client to demonstrate site performance.
- Proven experience with sound technical knowledge of mechanical engineering disciplines.
- Computer literate.
- Knowledge of in-service inspection procedures and processes.
- Good knowledge of market trends, industry developments, and changes in legislation.
- A competitive salary of £50,000 per annum.
- A car allowance of £4,800 per annum or company car option available.
