Team Manager for Mechanical Operations

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
About the Role:
This role involves leading a team of mechanical engineers and technicians to achieve operational goals. You'll manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Your leadership skills will be essential in developing and implementing training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
