  1. To provide high-quality support to victims and witnesses of crime, conducting initial impact and risk assessments.
  2. To work closely with North Wales Police and other agencies, ensuring seamless provision of services.
  3. To develop and implement effective interventions and resources for service users.
  4. To facilitate access to additional services, promote healthy coping mechanisms, and provide practical support.
