As a Medical Specialist with Primary Care 24 (PC24), you will be responsible for providing high-quality individualized care to our patients in the out-of-hours setting. With a permanent opportunity available, you can choose from part-time or full-time options to suit your needs.
About the Role- You will assess, diagnose, and provide advice, care, and management to patients presenting with undiagnosed or undifferentiated illness via telephone consultations or face-to-face assessments for patients requiring home visits.
Key responsibilities include undertaking face-to-face and telephone triage consultations, interpreting pathology/radiology results/reports, prescribing and reviewing medication, and planning, implementing, and evaluating an effective management plan for the patient.
