Occupational Health Specialist

We are looking for an Occupational Health Advisor to join Blue Octopus Recruitment. The estimated salary is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will deliver a high-quality occupational health service, reporting to the HR Business Partner and with a dotted line responsibility to two EHS Managers.
You will be responsible for pre-employment medicals, well-person screening, case management, sickness absence management, health promotion, and providing support to mental health first aiders.
The role also involves conducting health surveillance and fitness-for-role medicals, including Audiometry, Spirometry, Vision, Skin, and night worker assessments.
In addition, you will manage electronic OH data, provide statistics, and carry out specific project work as requested by the HR or EHS Managers.
