This role offers a competitive salary of £31,383 - £43,041 per annum, depending on experience, and provides opportunities for professional growth and development. As an Emergency Care Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records, adhere to hospital policies, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must hold current NMC registration, have evidence of ongoing professional development, and possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Desirable qualifications include Advanced Life Support (ALS), PALS, ILS, and triage training. Experience working in acute settings, mentorship, and research activities are highly valued. Essential skills include IT proficiency, IV drug administration, cannulation, venepuncture, and the ability to mentor others. Personal qualities such as empathy, time management, and organizational skills are also essential.
