Head of External Partnerships

We are seeking an experienced individual to fill the role of Head of External Partnerships at Griffin Fire, a leading institution in education. As Head of External Partnerships, you will be the face of Griffin Fire to external partners, acting as a credible and inspiring ambassador for our mission.
Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and expand the Griffin Fire Network, creating connections that unlock new opportunities for students, alumni, and the institution. This will involve managing our CRM system, ensuring data on our network is meticulously maintained, analysed, and leveraged to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or network-building roles and demonstrate a proactive and resourceful mindset, bringing creativity, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for innovation to the role. The salary for this position is estimated to be between £56,000 and £71,000 per annum, depending on level of experience.
We also offer flexible working arrangements, with a minimum of 2 days per week on campus in East London and up to 1 month remote working abroad annually. Other benefits include 30 days holiday, monthly fitness contribution, and annual personal development contribution for external training/coaching.
