External Partnerships Director

As Head of Network, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing systems to track and manage relationships, ensuring our partnerships CRM is effectively maintained and leveraged.
- Representing Griffin Fire as its external ambassador, engaging with organisations across sectors and stages to champion our mission and programmes.
- Hosting and facilitating thought leadership events, such as salons, roundtables, and public talks, to position LIS as a leading voice in tackling complex global challenges.
The ideal candidate will be an inspiring and credible ambassador, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders across sectors and adept at articulating our vision and value proposition.
BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of £56k - £71k, depending on level of experience. Flexible working arrangements include a minimum of 2 days per week on campus in East London and up to 1 month remote working abroad annually. We also offer 30 days holiday, monthly fitness contribution, company-sponsored health plan, and annual personal development contribution for external training/coaching.
