We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Old Colwyn. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, working collaboratively with other departments to ensure the efficient running of our stores.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues that may arise

**Requirements**
