Job Description: As a medical secretary, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our GP surgery. Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support to GPs and other healthcare professionals, preparing and managing patient correspondence, and maintaining accurate electronic and paper records. You will also act as the first point of contact for queries from patients, healthcare providers, and other third parties.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills (written and oral), proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite), and familiarity with electronic patient record systems. A previous experience in a medical or similar administrative role is essential, along with GCSE level education or equivalent. You should also be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility, cooperation, and motivation.

Estimated Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
