About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Primary Care 24. As an Assistant Shift Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the safe and efficient day-to-day operational delivery of our Primary Care Hub service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Hub Managers in overseeing the operational delivery of the Primary Care Hub service
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and staff
  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the shift team
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with EMIS clinical systems

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £24,657-£28,657 (depending on experience)
  • A 37.5 hour working week
  • Shifts times are 7.30am-3.30pm and 10.30am-6.30pm
  • NHS pension scheme
  • 27 days annual leave
