The Organization and the Role

Vision for Education is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Support Assistants to join a nurturing Primary School environment. The role involves providing individualized support to students with diverse and complex needs across Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Key Stage 1 (KS1).

As a designated Support Assistant, you will work closely with your assigned student on a one-on-one basis, ensuring full-time support from Monday to Friday, during school hours.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in removing barriers to learning as outlined in the student's Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
  • Foster a positive learning atmosphere that encourages self-belief and pride among students.
  • Collaborate with school staff to implement effective strategies for behaviour and confidence enhancement.
