Job Title: Primary School Teaching Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one behavioural support for a child in Reception. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the SENDCo and outside agencies to enable the student to progress through the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide one-to-one behavioural support for a child in Reception
- Work closely with the SENDCo and outside agencies to enable the student to progress through the curriculum
- Support the child in removing barriers to learning and achieving their full potential

Requirements:

- A passion for SEND and experience working with Primary aged children
- A positive and creative approach to behaviour and confidence building
- An ability to work as part of a team
- Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
