Job Summary:
Morrison Energy Services is seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee various projects across the UK. As a key representative of the company, you will be responsible for ensuring that contracts are planned and managed to deliver high-quality results safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate personnel, subcontractors, and site management to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide technical support and supervision to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Review and submit accurate records and documentation to the Project Manager.
- Assist in preparing construction phase plans and review subcontractors' RAMS.
- Supervise operatives, working supervisors, and subcontractors to implement health, safety, and quality standards.
- Manage and program works, including plant and material requirements.
- Prepare ITP quality records and manage implementation.
- Complete project handover documentation and HSE inspections.
Requirements:
- Utilities infrastructure construction experience.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Evidence of managing health and safety in construction.
- NRSWA Supervisor certification.
- CSCS manager card.
- Site Manager Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certification.
- Full driving license.
