Regional Project Manager

Morrison Energy Services is seeking a highly skilled Regional Project Manager to lead our Commercial EV Contracts team across the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Manage operational functions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Directly manage a team of Technical Managers, Construction Managers, and Back Office Administrators.
- Provide operational support for bids and contracts, ensuring robust pricing, risk management, and governance.
- Monitor and manage performance of staff and subcontractors to meet Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Lead the project team to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Industry knowledge: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as civil engineering, construction, or project management.
- Project management: ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Contract management: skills in managing compensation events and resolving disputes.
- Commercial skills: experience in supporting commercial teams with Cost and Value Reconciliations.
- Leadership skills: ability to lead and inspire the team.
- Time management skills: ability to manage time effectively to complete tasks within deadlines.
