About The Role
Morrison Energy Services is recruiting for a HV Electrical Designer/Manager to work on our national EV framework Contracts.

As the HV Electrical Designer/Manager, you will be part of our Net Zero (EV) team responsible for designing and installing rapid and ultra-rapid EV chargers and associated electrical infrastructure, including sub-stations across the UK for charge point operators.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop high and low voltage electrical distribution systems connected to a low voltage electrical system of EV chargers.
  2. Ensure successful delivery of design and technical solutions to meet customer expectations.
  3. Conduct or manage site visits to assess the feasibility of projects and identify potential issues related to high and low voltage systems.
  4. Review project requirements and specifications and ensure designs meet standards and regulations.
  5. Create technical drawings and specifications for high and low voltage systems.
  6. Liaise with Civils designers where necessary.
  7. Manage and track a pipeline of designs through to pricing and construction.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge of electrical engineering and a deep understanding of high and low voltage electrical systems.
