Key Responsibilities:
- Support Hub Managers in overseeing the safe and efficient day-to-day operational delivery of our Primary Care Hub service.
- Act as the first point of contact for all queries, providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Operational Managers to ensure high standards of patient care are delivered in line with Key Performance Indicators.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to operational challenges, demonstrating a creative and solution-focused approach.
- Provide flexible and adaptable support to respond to changing operational requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar operational role, with a strong understanding of primary care services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a creative and solution-focused approach.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to respond to changing operational requirements.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of ~£24,657-£28,657 (depending on experience).
- A 6-month fixed term contract, with opportunities for extension or permanent employment.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including the NHS pension scheme and 27 days annual leave.
