Job Description

Job Title: Assistant Manager/Shift Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Manager/Shift Manager to join our team at Primary Care 24. As an Assistant Manager/Shift Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the safe and efficient day-to-day operational delivery of our Primary Care Hub service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Hub Managers in overseeing the operational delivery of the Primary Care Hub service.
  • Be the first point of contact for all queries and provide support to Hub and Operational Managers in ensuring high standards of patient care.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to identify and implement solutions to operational challenges.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior staff members.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role or in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
