Job Title: Transport Planner

About the Role:
WR Logistics is seeking a skilled Transport Planner to join their team in Liverpool. As a Transport Planner, you will be responsible for arranging the release, collection, and delivery of containers, planning driver routes UK-wide, and ensuring adherence to WTD. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure all vehicles are in compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate the movement of containers across the UK
• Develop and implement efficient routes to minimize costs and maximize productivity
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure compliance with company standards
• Prepare daily route reports for the Operations Manager

Requirements:
• 2 years' experience as a Transport Planner in a logistics environment
• Strong knowledge of VBS and geographical knowledge
• Experience using the TOPS system is preferred but not essential
