We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Shift Manager to join our team at Primary Care 24. As an Assistant Shift Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Hub Managers in overseeing the safe and efficient day-to-day operational delivery of our Primary Care Hub service.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support Hub Managers in ensuring the smooth operation of the Primary Care Hub service
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and staff
- Collaborate with Operational Managers to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including patients, staff, and external partners
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and plans
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or social care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience of working with EMIS clinical systems
**What We Offer**
- A competitive salary of £24,657-£28,657 (depending on experience)
- A 37.5 hour working week
- Shifts times are 7.30am-3.30pm and 10.30am-6.30pm
- NHS pension scheme
- 27 days annual leave
