About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Shift Manager to join our team at Primary Care 24. As an Assistant Shift Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the safe and efficient day-to-day operational delivery of our Primary Care Hub service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Hub Managers in overseeing the operational delivery of the Primary Care Hub service
  • Be the first point of contact for all queries and ensure high standards of patient care are maintained
  • Work collaboratively with Hub and Operational Managers to achieve Key Performance Indicators
  • Utilize excellent communication and organizational skills to prioritize effectively and manage workload
  • Experience in using EMIS clinical systems is highly desirable

What We Offer
  • 6 Month fixed term contract
  • Competitive salary range £24,657-£28,657 (depending on experience)
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Shift times are 7.30am-3.30pm and 10.30am-6.30pm
