Job Description:

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality Children's Hearings across a dedicated region in Scotland. Reporting to the Director of Tribunal Delivery, you will lead and manage a team of staff and volunteers to ensure statutory duties are met to the highest standard.

The ideal candidate will have experience in guiding and supporting teams through continuous improvement projects, with a strong focus on communication and collaboration. You will be expected to demonstrate excellent leadership skills, driving results-oriented performance and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.

You will work closely with Partnership and Wellbeing Coordinators and Area Support volunteers to implement the Children's Care & Justice Act and future Hearings for Children reforms. A key aspect of this role is managing relationships between Tribunal Members and the organisation, ensuring seamless support and effective decision-making processes.
