Regional Service Delivery Manager

Salary: £41,000 per annum

This role involves leading the service provision through all phases to the point of delivery and beyond. You will organise, plan and deliver services to meet with the agreed service level agreement and input into creation of work plans, workflows, staffing and schedules.

You will ensure compliance with all applicable statutory requirements, legislation and site operating procedures in relation to soft services. This includes implementing and devising service delivery protocols to ensure the smooth running of sites whilst adhering to the services requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong management and coordination skills, including the ability to manage sub-contractors on site and ensure adequate supervision. They will also be proactive and initiate innovative methods to increase the efficiency of the service.

This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check.
