About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Highland, Moray, and Eilean Siar region as Regional Tribunal Delivery Manager.

You will be responsible for providing management and support to the regional team members (including volunteers) to deliver the National Convener's statutory duties around the provision of Children's Hearings across a dedicated region in Scotland.

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our volunteer communities are effectively supported to embed our regional tribunal support model, implementing the Children's Care & Justice Act and future Hearings for Children reforms.

You will work closely with Partnership and Wellbeing Coordinators and Area Support volunteers to ensure a seamless delivery of services.
