Children's Hearings Scotland is seeking a highly skilled Regional Tribunal Delivery Manager to lead our Highland, Moray, and Eilean Siar region.

This pivotal role offers the opportunity to work alongside our volunteer tribunal members, supporting them in delivering high-quality hearings across Scotland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff and volunteers, ensuring the National Convenor's statutory duties are met consistently. Key to this role is building strong relationships between tribunal members and the organisation.

We require an effective leader with experience in guiding teams through continuous improvement projects, empowering changes in the most productive way.

Energetic and enthusiastic, you will be a brilliant collaborator with demonstrable experience of project/process management and improvement, using data to drive team improvements.

Digital literacy is essential, with comfort using digital systems and supporting others to do so.
