Key Responsibilities:

As the Regional Tribunal Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of staff and volunteers to deliver high-quality Children's Hearings
  • Implementing the Children's Care & Justice Act and future Hearings for Children reforms
  • Managing relationships between Tribunal Members and the organisation
  • Providing management and support to regional team members (including volunteers)

You will work closely with Partnership and Wellbeing Coordinators and Area Support volunteers to achieve these objectives, driving results-oriented performance and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
