As Regional Tribunal Delivery Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping CHS's regional support model, leading a team of staff and volunteers to deliver high-quality hearings.

Your expertise in project management and process improvement will be invaluable in driving continuous growth and innovation within the organisation.

In partnership with other Regional Delivery Managers and Area Support Teams, you will help embed the new regional support model, enhancing the overall experience for children and young people.

With a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement, this role demands excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate complex relationships.
