Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our collaborative Communications & Marketing Team at Children in Scotland. As a Digital Communications Specialist, you will play a vital role in raising awareness of both the organisation and key issues facing the children's sector in Scotland.

Key responsibilities include content marketing activity and media engagement, as well as editing our Insight member publication. We are looking for a great team player who enjoys collaboration and has a highly organised approach to their responsibilities.

A strong understanding of digital communications and experience in editing and producing publications are essential. A background in journalism or a similar content creation role is preferred.

The successful candidate will be expected to operate in line with our values: Justice, Equity, Trust, Collaboration, and Compassion.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 per annum, flexible and hybrid working policies, regular line manager one-to-ones, and quarterly in-person all-staff away days.
