Job Summary
PPP Taking Care is seeking a skilled Emergency Response Specialist to join our team in the Alarm Monitoring Centre. As an essential member of our Resolution team, you will handle alarm calls in a 24/7/365 environment, providing critical support to vulnerable customers.

Key Responsibilities
* Assess and control emergency situations, arranging swift resolutions as needed
* Remotely programme alarm equipment installed in customer homes
* Guide customers through troubleshooting checks on alarm equipment and GPS wearable devices

Requirements
* Comfortable working in a high-volume contact centre environment
* Confident, professional, and caring with a patient telephone manner
* Experience in using various systems to keep records updated and Microsoft packages

Benefits
* Starting salary £26,000 (40hr week) with potential for progression to £27,300
* Generous allowances for weekend and unsociable hours
* Flexible rota including early and late shifts, weekends, and bank holidays
