As an Incident Controller, you'll be a vital part of our response to emergencies and unexpected events.

You'll work from our Exeter Control room, coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure effective incident management.

  • Evaluate incidents according to their severity and deploy resources accordingly.
  • Work a rotating shift schedule to provide 24/7 coverage.
  • Bolster collaboration between departments and stakeholders.
  • Motivate and lead the control room team, ensuring efficient task allocation and performance monitoring.
