As an Incident Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and resolving critical issues that impact our services. Job Description

The Incident Manager role involves leading cross-functional teams to quickly address and fix incidents, ensuring everything is logged, prioritized, and resolved smoothly. You will work closely with development, testing, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure swift resolution of issues. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the investigation and resolution of high-priority incidents, ensuring timely resolution with minimal impact on customers and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead investigations and resolutions of high-priority incidents, minimizing downtime and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, operations, and business stakeholders, to ensure swift resolution of issues.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify potential issues before they become critical incidents.
Requirements
  • Experience in incident management, IT operations, or related roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and certifications in ITIL, DevOps, or related frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
