About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Resilience and Response Coordinator to join our team in Devon.

This is a key high-profile service delivered by NHS Devon, working closely with all acute, ambulance, community, mental health, primary care providers, and social care services to ensure effective patient flow and safety. This includes responses to emergency situations in urgent care pathways, critical incidents, increased pressure, or other scenarios.

The successful candidate will lead on agreed areas of Emergency Preparedness, Response and Recovery (EPRR) planning and process development, enabling NHS Devon to provide an effective response in the event of an emergency or disruptive event. They will also be responsible for leading initial debriefings, ensuring lessons identified are recorded and tracked following emergency incidents, training, or exercises.

As part of the Devon Integrated Care System, we recognize that effective collaboration is essential in providing quality healthcare. The ideal candidate will have a passion for making a real difference to healthcare in Devon and will contribute to LHRP and Local Resilience Forum (LRF) working groups to ensure NHS Devon's perspectives are represented.

What We Offer

Estimated salary: £43,440 - £53,360 per annum.
