Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage operational pressures across the Devon Integrated Care System
  • Chair system-wide tactical level calls with Acutes, other ICS providers, and NHS England
  • Communicate complex information to stakeholders, including external partners
  • Provide strategic leadership during major incidents and serious incidents

This role requires strong analytical skills, ability to identify risks, and experience of working in a politically sensitive environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of specialist areas, acquired through postgraduate qualifications or equivalent experience.
