As an Incident Controller, you will be responsible for responding to incidents and emergencies, utilizing your expertise and knowledge to mitigate risks and minimize disruptions.
You will work in our state-of-the-art Exeter Control room, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure seamless incident management.
- Analyze incidents based on urgency and employ resources effectively.
- Work a shift pattern providing comprehensive 24/7 coverage.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Lead and motivate the control room team, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
