Office Support Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Literary Agency Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about books and wants to develop their career in the publishing industry.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and administrative skills, with a particular flair for clear, professional writing. They will have experience working in an office already and be comfortable with performing a variety of tasks quickly and accurately.
This role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, and the possibility of remote working for 1-2 days per week after a 3-month probationary period. Our office is based in Richmond, southwest London.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Supporting the team with foreign rights and social media activities;
- Writing and editing content for our rights catalogues and newsletters;
- Managing our Instagram and website presence;
- Providing general office administrative support;
