Job Title: VP of Sales Strategy and Execution

We are seeking a highly skilled VP of Sales to lead our EMEA team and drive business growth. As a strategic sales leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that meet our revenue targets and expand our customer base.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for:

  • Building and managing a high-performing sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Developing and executing EMEA-wide sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales Operations, and International Leadership, to align on key initiatives and drive results
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of our customers' needs, preferences, and pain points to inform product development and go-to-market strategies
  • Ensuring seamless execution of sales processes, metrics, and tools to maximize team success
  • Delivering target financial performance from accounts and regions in EMEA

We offer a competitive salary of £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
